For our Business Account holders, we’re enhancing the Digital Banking experience with a streamlined solution designed to support the everyday needs of small business owners, with expanded tools to manage payments and finances more efficiently, and the flexibility to grow with you.

You’ll be able to:

✓ Transfer funds between eligible business accounts

✓ Connect and manage accounting and financial management tools

✓ NEW: Transfer funds to eligible external accounts instantly

✓ NEW: Deposit multiple checks at once using mobile deposit

✓ NEW: Pay and manage your Gather Visa credit cards

✓ NEW: Send and receive money instantly

✓ NEW: Manage basic access for additional users

 


Important updates

As part of this Digital Banking upgrade, some existing services will change.

 

CashBack+ & CashBack+ Pay App

The CashBack+ and the CashBack+ Pay app will be discontinued.

If you have a remaining CashBack+ balance, please plan to use or transfer your reward funds prior to the program ending. All balances must be used or transferred by August 20, 2026.

 

Zelle®

The current Zelle® service will no longer be available.

We are introducing a new, more convenient way for you to send and receive money through the new Digital Banking experience.

 

CardControl

Members who use CardControl for alerts, notifications, or card management will need to set up their preferences again after launch, as existing settings will not transfer.

 


How to prepare

Before launch, members should have the following at-hand:

  • Online banking username, online banking password, and updated contact information

No. Your Gather accounts will remain the same. This upgrade focuses on improving your Digital Banking experience.

Yes. We’ll provide instructions and updates to help you access your accounts through the upgraded Digital Banking experience.

You will continue to use your existing online banking username and password.

No, you will not need to download a new mobile app. The new app will be automatically updated on your device. If you do not have automatic updates for apps set up on your device, you will be prompted to update your app manually. At login, you will be prompted to sign in again. Our team is here to help if you need assistance.

No. Card Control alerts, notifications, and preferences will not transfer. You will need to set them up again in the new platform.

The current Zelle® service will no longer be available after the Digital Banking upgrade. We are introducing a new, convenient way to send and receive money.

The CashBack+ program and CashBack+ Pay app will be discontinued. If you have a remaining CashBack+ balance, please plan to use or transfer your funds by August 20, 2026.

Yes. QuickBooks connectivity will continue. However, after the Digital Banking upgrade is complete, you will need to reconnect your QuickBooks account.
