Community Outreach & Involvement

Good Things Happen Here.

Our community makes us who we are. We’re committed to progress that helps us grow as people and gives back to our community.

Waimea High School Reality Fair

Each school year, our team visits local high schools to bring financial literacy to life through real-world scenarios and interactive experiences. A Reality Fair gives students a hands-on look at budgeting, managing everyday expenses, and making thoughtful financial decisions as they navigate different stages of life. Together with community business partners, we’re proud to provide students with an opportunity to build practical financial skills and gain a better understanding of the choices they may face in the future.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl
for Kids’ Sake

Each year, Bowl for Kids’ Sake raises awareness and support for mentoring opportunities for keiki across Kaua‘i. The event helps Big Brothers Big Sisters build and sustain meaningful relationships that provide young people with encouragement, guidance, and positive connections. We’re proud to support this annual event and the important work it does to help our keiki grow and thrive.

Earth Day Lydgate Park Cleanup

Each year, Earth Day provides an opportunity for our community to come together and care for the places we call home. Community cleanups help keep our parks and beaches beautiful while supporting the health and sustainability of our island. In partnership with the Friends of Kamalani & Lydgate Park, our team joins the community for a cleanup at Lydgate Beach Park. While our mission is centered on supporting financial well-being and education, we also care deeply about the health and sustainability of our island.

Hawai‘i Lodging & Tourism Association Charity Walk

The Charity Walk brings people together each year to support local nonprofits and community organizations, with proceeds benefiting hundreds of charities across Hawai‘i. On Kaua‘i, this longstanding community event helps provide support to organizations that make a difference in the lives of our island residents. We’re proud to be an ongoing sponsor and to support an event that brings our community together while creating a lasting impact across Kaua‘i.

Nā Kūpuna O Kaua‘i
Annual Walk & Roll

The Legacy of Aloha Walk & Roll brings the community together to celebrate and support our kūpuna and the wisdom, stories, and aloha they share with our island. Events like this create opportunities for generations to connect while enriching the lives of our kūpuna and strengthening our community. We’re proud to participate and support programs that honor our kūpuna and celebrate the important role they play in our community.

Kaua‘i United Way
Kickball Tournament

Community events like the Kaua‘i United Way Kickball Tournament bring people together through friendly competition, teamwork, and fun while supporting efforts to create positive change across the island. These events help raise awareness and support for programs that strengthen individuals, families, and our community. We’re proud to participate and support Kaua‘i United Way in its mission to uplift our island community.
