To help keep your account secure, Shared Branching now includes an identity verification process when using an out-of-state ID or U.S. Passport for withdrawals. This does not apply to transfers.
Manual verification will be required for members using a Military ID or for those without a smartphone. Cash/check withdrawal limits may apply.
How It Works
- Open the camera on your smartphone and scan the QR code.
- Enter your credit union’s name, account number, and the last 4 digits of your SSN.
- Review and accept the Terms and Consent form.
- Upload a photo of the front and back of your ID and take a quick selfie.
- You’ll receive an access code that’s valid for 20 minutes.
- Select “Yes” to Option to Save Validation to make future transactions faster.
